To celebrate our first week as a family, we thought we'd show you our very first family photo and then the photo from "Gotcha Day". In the first photo you can see that for us, it was love at first sight. Ryan needed to get back to us on that one!
We met up with the 4 other adoptive families for dinner, as well as 2 of the translators. Ryan was a very good boy. We brought his meal from home, which was a good thing, since the restaurant ran out of the some of their menu items.
We discovered tonight that Ry loves having his back tickled with a pen (capped, of course).

Great photos. It's cute to see Ryan not too sure of his new parents. You'll have to show him that later on in life... he'll get a kick out of that one. I'm also wondering if you're going to keep up with the pink? I had to through that one in... no one else did!
Almost home... maybe just maybe the snow will be gone? There's still quite a bit of it. Thinking of you alot now that you're just a few more days away. We'll have to teach him to eat dimsum with chopsticks.
