Ryan likes eating, going out in his stroller, eating, reading books, eating, playing with his toys, eating and making Mama & Dada laugh.
Ryan dislikes baths, going down for bedtime, baths, milk (unless there's a trace amount of chocolate milk mixed in), baths and being told "No". As my friend said on the phone Monday night "Whew, he's normal!"
We're all doing well and getting a flow to our days but we are now very anxious to come home. We have loved Kyzylorda for its character and for being Ryan's birthplace, but we're ready to make the trek back home. What a trek it will be. We don't know the date yet, but we do know that the flight leaves Almaty, KZ at 1:55 am. Wow, that's going to be quite the start to a long journey! We all very much DISLIKE this departure hour, but we LIKE that it means we're coming back. We'll have a better idea once we have Ryan's passport next Friday or Monday.

I remember how anxious I was to come home too. Trust me - things are so much easier once you're back in your own home!
As for the nasty departure time for your flight - maybe Ryan will sleep through most of the flight if his body is telling him it's night time (one can hope, right?)
I hope you get his passport and are on your way back soon!
It's so cute to see him standing. For the last days take as many last pictures with Ryan around his home town because pretty soon this will be but a memory... I bet you can't wait eithere.... baby gravol was a given for my boys when I travelled with them.
